In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, we will gladly replace it for you. To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report the damage.
- Provide clear, unwrapping/unboxing video proof of the damaged item. This video must clearly show the condition of the item upon arrival, including any damage to the packaging.
3. Process for Damaged Items
Once we receive your clear unwrapping/unboxing video proof and confirm the damage, we will initiate the replacement process. Please note the following steps:
- We may require additional information or documentation to process your replacement request.
- Replacement items will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
- If the damaged item is no longer in stock, we may offer you a refund or a suitable replacement of similar value.

4. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any reason other than receiving a damaged item and providing the required video evidence within the specified timeframe.
